カスタムワードプレステーマの作成
最近、ＪＷＤＡは起業家サポート部門が出来た！
その中に、ワードプレスのブログをセットアップとカスタマイズするサービスがあって、
俺は今新しく会社に入ったすみぃをトレーニングしている。
今、すみぃのカスタムワードプレスのデザインを作っていて、
とりあえずこのブログをサンプルとして使っているｗ
JWDA (Japan Wealth Dynamics Association) recently created a new Entrepreneur Support Division, and one of the services we provide is helping set up and customizing self-hosted WordPress blogs.
Right now, I’m in the process of training Sumi, who recently joined the company, and so she’s the first one in line to have a blog customized! It’s training, after all ;D
For now I’m just using my blog as a base for messing with the theme, which is why it’s been changing around.

俺のビデオブログはここでスタート！
この間、ゲイリー・ベイナーチャックのオーディオブック「Crush It!」を聞いて、すごくモチベートされた。彼は絶対に俺と同じウェルスダイナミクスのスタープロファイルで、最近ソーシャルメディアを使った成功してきた人だから、アドバイスはすごく現在的だと感じた。アドバイスの中では、ブログを使うなら自分に合う方法でいい。文章が上手ならブログを書けばいい。面白いオーラ―があればビデオ。話が上手だけど表に出たくないならポッドキャスト（オーディオ）ブログでいい。
彼の本は最近日本語でリリースされたので、ソーシャルメディアで成功してきた手本に興味があれば、スタープロファイルじゃなくても読んだ方がいいと思う！
A month or two ago I listened to Gary Vaynerchuk’s audiobook “Crush It!” and was blown away. For those of you who know Wealth Dynamics I’m sure he’s a Star Profile, which is the same as mine. And as someone who has recently had huge success in his business using leverage from Social Media as tools, he is an amazing success story for me to follow and learn from.
One bit of advice from his book is to really get yourself out there, and one way to do it is through a blog. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean you have to WRITE the blog (which is the toughest part of maintaining a blog for me in the first place). If you’ve got a great personality, do a video blog. If you are great at talking but don’t wanna put your face out there, then do a podcast. And if you do happen to be an amazing writer, then by all means, write!
Just a quick video this time just to say hi (I realized at this point I’ve written more than I’ve said in the video, gee what’s the point, lol). No English, just Japanese for now (wondering about that… do I record two videos each time?!).

タイトルが日本語で表示しない！
このブログを日本語で変えようと思って、日本語でまたインストールした。このテーマも好きだからパーフェクト！ただ、唯一出来ないのが投稿のタイトルを日本語に書くこと。テーマは自動的にタイトルをキレイなフォントに変えるけど、そのフォントには日本語がない！まあ、英語の方がカッコいいからいいやｗ
これからビデオブログで行くのを決めた。前から友達が「レイならビデオブログがいい」と言われたが、その時に自信が足りなくてやらなかった。しかし、この間USTREAMを毎週の月曜日をホストとしてやって、慣れてきた！そしてやっぱりビデオの方が楽で、より良く感情も与えるから、やっぱりビデオだと思った！
これからは、ＹＯＲＯＳＨＩＫＵ！
I decided to restart this blog using the Japanese installation of WordPress! Since I’m working and living here now, I figure I should have a portal through which people can reach me. That’s especially if I’m going to be working on the front lines (as a seminar speaker, fashion stylist, etc).
I’m sticking with the same theme, though I’m going to make a couple tweaks here and there. Unfortunately the titles don’t show up in Japanese because the pretty font it uses doesn’t contain Japanese, but English in Japan makes things look cooler anyways ;D
And finally, this blog will be turning primarily into a video blog! Some of my friends told me way back when that I should do convert to video, but I didn’t have the courage at the time to do it. But now that I’ve been doing a show on USTREAM every Monday, I’ve gotten used to it, and I like it! It helps me bring my emotions into what I’m saying. Looking forward to a lot of fun with this blog from here on out!
